The accommodation

Basic three-bedroom house with a private swimming pool, located in a very quiet area just 9 km from Lloret de Mar and its stunning beaches.

This simple villa accommodates 6 people and is set on an 800 m² plot surrounding an 80 m² house. It features a small yet cozy living room with a TV and access to a terrace with mountain views, and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher.

The house has one bedroom with a double bed (135x180 cm) and two bedrooms each with two single beds (80x180 cm). There is one bathroom with a shower and another with a bath.

The outdoor area includes a swimming pool (8.5x4.5 m), a built-in barbecue, and a pleasant shaded terrace where you can enjoy meals by the pool.

The property also includes a separate apartment where the housekeeper lives, ensuring complete privacy for the guests and the swimming pool.

Pets are accepted only upon prior request and with an additional supplement. Groups of young people are accepted only upon prior request.
