House with 2 bedrooms only 130 meters from the beach

The accommodation

Nice house for rent in the Baia delle Mimose/Pirotto Li Frati Village in Badesi, Sardinia. Apartment of approximately 50 square meters, air conditioned, two bedrooms, total 4 beds. Equipped with a comfortable veranda for outdoor dining and a practical outdoor shower.

To avoid any problems with the neighbors, animals are not allowed.
Consumption included, maximum 4 people. Mandatory final cleaning.

Sheets and towels are to be rented on site.
I can act as an intermediary for contact but payment must be made directly on site by the guests upon delivery of the linen.

HOUSE RULES:
- The day before your arrival you will be provided with the telephone number of the contact person on site: you must call half an hour before your arrival at the house.

- The village is private, to park inside you must have a pass issued to be requested upon arrival at the hotel reception, equipped with the vehicle's license plate number and apartment references. This pass must be kept on the dashboard.

- Flexible check in, normally after 4pm.

Before leaving, throw away the rubbish and return the keys.

Setting

Forget the car, the beach is just a stone's throw away!
The sandy beach has direct access from the village. There is an equipped area, for a fee, and there is a very long free beach which is only 150 meters from the house and which is always not crowded because it can only be reached by those who do not live in the village by walking about 1 km.

The sports center with multi-purpose fields and swimming pool (for a fee, around 7 euros per day only if you use it!) and the evening entertainment program in the busy "square" of the village, make it particularly suitable for all those looking for a holiday independence, tranquility and fun, in a simple and informal context.

The area is perfect for nature lovers in Sardinia, the apartment is in fact located in a protected oasis, away from the city noise, near the sand dunes surrounded by Mediterranean scrub (junipers and sea roses).
