Luxurious villa in Puglia in Castel del Monte

The accommodation

Villa surrounded by greenery a few kilometers from Castel del Monte. 2 hectares of garden in which to go trekking and mountain biking. A mini hydromassage pool to relax immersed in nature.
The villa was renovated in 2022, is equipped with every comfort and the furnishings are taken care of down to the smallest details.
Each room is equipped with a king or superking double bed, minibar, shower in the room, private bathroom, air conditioning, LCD TV, blackout curtains.
With one day's notice and a small additional cost of 30 euros, it is possible to use the wellness pool in the room for an entire day.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, induction hob, dishwasher).
Outside there is a large terrace and a wood-burning oven with barbecue.
Linen is provided upon arrival and will be replaced halfway through the stay.
Internal parking and free wi-fi internet service are available.

Setting

The estate is accessible from provincial road 174, in front of the Alta Murgia Park. It extends for 2 hectares and is full of corners for relaxation (oaks, pine forest, olive grove), 2 haystacks from the 19th century, a small olive grove and fruit trees.
A few kilometers away there are restaurants and farmhouses to taste local products (cheese, preserves, cured meats).

Activities and attractions

In the surrounding area there are oak forests, trekking routes and riding stables. A short distance away is the Castel del Monte, the magnificent castle of Emperor Frederick II of Swabia.
At 13 km there is the historic center of Andria, one of the largest in Italy. It is possible to visit the Cathedral and the Confetto Museum
20 km away is the magnificent sea of ​​Trani and it will be possible to visit the historic centers of Trani and Barletta.
In the city of Andria it is possible to organize excursions to visit the small local artisans who produce typical food products (taralli, mozzarella, focaccia, sugared almonds).
