This beautiful 3-story bungalow has several terraces where you can disconnect on your vacation as a family or as a couple. Its main terrace, on the ground floor, has a wood-burning barbecue so you can prepare delicious grilled meals.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, TV with Chrome Cast so you can set up your Netflix account and watch TV in your language, as well as fiber optic internet, with fast Wi-Fi.
Its open-plan kitchen, highly equipped with everything you may need during your vacation, has access to a laundry room so you can do the laundry when you need it. It also has a bathroom on the ground floor with a practical shower tray.
Going up the stairs you will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The spacious master bedroom, with a double bed and air conditioning, has access to a balcony with beautiful views of the residential gardens.
The secondary bedroom has 2 single beds with views to the outside.
The third bedroom on this floor has a single bed, wardrobe and access to a balcony with views of both the urbanization and the sea.
If you go up the stairs from this floor you will reach a beautiful roof terrace with a private space with a single bed and a desk, ideal for working online or for privacy.
