The property, situated in a quiet area of the island, offers a barbecue, private pool, and garden.In the outdoors, you can take a dip in the refreshing chlorine pool, which measures 7 meters long and 3 meters wide, with a depth of 1.7 meters. The garden offers a private space to relax, and there are two porches: one in front of the house, with a table and stone benches, and another near the pool, with a table to enjoy a coffee outdoors or a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and has direct neighbours.

Inside, the living room is equipped with a television for the entertainment of guests. The dining room, open to the kitchen with ceramic hob, offers a cosy atmosphere to enjoy meals with family. The laundry room, located in the bathroom, is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor, all equipped with fans and wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds, while the third has a double bed and a cot available. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs on this floor, one of them en suite. Upstairs, a small, and cosy sitting area is perfect for unwinding with a good book.
